Our Story
PALSforEDI was established to address the need for a dedicated platform to showcase and communicate the groundbreaking EDI research and initiatives taking place within UCL’s PALS division. As an interdisciplinary research division, PALS is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where researchers from various backgrounds can collaborate, innovate, and thrive.
Our Research
Our dedicated team of researchers is focused on studying various aspects of equality, diversity, and inclusion, ranging from social, cognitive, and developmental perspectives to language sciences and communication. We aim to explore the impact of EDI initiatives on the well-being and performance of individuals and communities and to inform evidence-based policies and practices.
Our Initiatives
We believe in the power of collaboration and engagement to create a more inclusive and diverse academic landscape. To that end, we actively participate in and organize workshops, seminars, and events that bring together experts, students, and the wider community to discuss and share ideas related to EDI.
